Rates and Reservation Details
The fine print ...
- All rates are for 1 or 2 adults and accompanying children 16 & under
- Extra person rate per night is $15 or $75 per week
- All cottages are NON-Smoking, a $150 cleaning charge will be applied if non-smoking clause is not honored. Smoking is permitted outside on decks.
- Check-In time is 3pm .... Check-Out time is 11am. Late check-outs may be available with prior approval, surcharge will apply.
- Well behaved dogs are welcomed with prior approval - surcharge applies, please inquire
- During our Summer Season (Mid June - Mid September) we do have a two night minimum stay in effect; however due to booking irregularities we sometimes have single nights available- please inquire and we'd be happy to do a single night if it fills in an exisiting one night vacancy
- Military and Seniors (65 +) Discounts @ 5% - please indicate at time of booking
